Graduate Engineer

Job Description:

Ensure quality and adherence to technical specifications for concrete works, foundations, building, and other civil works.
Ensure designs are followed during implementation.
Conduct site surveys & site acquisitions and prepare design drawings for power lines/grid.
Manage site works and subcontractors to ensure quality and timely completion.
Use Google Maps/Earth/GPS devices for site planning and analysis.
Understand engineering drawings and apply them in practical settings.
Conduct acceptance tests with teams to ensure the quality of work.
Report daily with pictorial evidence, sketches, and excel sheets to update on progress.
Maintain records on material usage to monitor and control costs.
Forecast and create implementation plans, including the transportation of materials.
Focus on project timelines and related implications to ensure projects are delivered on time.
Manage site teams and resources effectively to optimize workflow and productivity.
Act as an ambassador for health and safety to ensure compliance with safety standards.

Experience in the installation of Solar Farms, Inverters, and Batteries.
