Shift Supervisors

Legacy Manufacturers Limited, a leading manufacturing firm located at Plot No. 10993 Mungwi Road, Chinika Industrial Area, Lusaka, is urgently seeking a highly qualified applicant to fill the job of SHIFT SUPERVISOR. The ideal applicant will have a strong production management background, food sector expertise, and understanding of extrusion processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily manufacturing activities and maintain smooth operations during assigned shift.
Monitor and maintain the quality of products and efficiency of production lines.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and company standards.
Train and mentor team members to enhance productivity and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that arise during the shift.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operation across shifts.

Education qualifications and work experience:

Diploma in Production Management, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 2 years of work experience in the food industry.
Proficient in the use of computers and relevant software.
Solid knowledge of extrusion processes.
