Salesperson

Legacy Manufacturers Limited, a leading manufacturing company situated at Plot No. 10993 Mungwi Road, Chinika Industrial Area, Lusaka, is URGENTLY looking to recruit suitably qualified individuals to fill the positions of Sales Personnel. ( 10 positions available)

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely responses to inquiries and resolving issues.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a sales role, preferably within a fast-moving food manufacturing company.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset.

Qualifications:

Grade 12 school certificate.
Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
