SALE AND STORES CLERK – Lusaka.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Keeping the records of in and out materials.
Interaction with customers over the counters.
Responsible for issuing materials to internal customers (Contract Dept.).
Responsible for issuing materials to counter customers (External Sales).
Coding of purchase materials.
Maintaining Bin Card Records.
Maintaining the minimum inventory level and informing the purchase department once the minimum inventory level is reached.
Filing of the entire stores document in box files on daily basis in a proper way as suggested by management.
To keep the stores neat and clean with the help of helpers.
To follow the rules laid by management for the smooth and controlled working inside the stores.
Any other work required by the company.

Qualifications:

A university degree or advanced diploma in Sales & Marketing and/or Purchasing & Supply.
Computer literate – proficient in the use of Microsoft office package.
Knowledge of JOBSYS OR SAGE and inventory system.
Knowledge of Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration will be of great value.
Must be a good team player.
Experience of 3 years or more in same or similar position exposure to electronic consumable sales.
Must not be less than 25 years old.
