In line with its mission, the Bank is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, result-oriented, well qualified and experienced professional to fill the following vacancy:

RELATIONSHIP MANAGER – MSME NDOLA (1)

Reporting to the Head – Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise, the job holder will be responsible for developing and managing the assigned portfolio of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise customers by prospecting and signing up new clients, offering suitable banking services and implementing retention strategies.

The job holder will also be responsible for growing the assigned portfolio MSME deposits, loans and advances through effective sales and marketing of the Bank’s products and services.

Summary of the Main Duties/Accountabilities

The Job Holder will carry out the following key duties among others:

Manage Internal and External Customer Relationships
Ensure customer loans and advances sales targets along with accompanying profitability metrics are met.
Provide leadership through coaching and mentoring of relatively junior MSME staff in the bank.
Enhance Sales of Loans and Advances
Administer the maintenance of an accurate, active and up to date deal pipeline, as well as maintain an active weekly call plan
Collaborate with Branch Staff to ensure that MSME clients receive satisfactory service through different areas of interaction with the Bank.
Understand deposit liability and other Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (including asset growth) and proactively pursue initiatives to achieve them.

Minimum Requirements

Academic/Professional Qualifications/Experience:

(a) Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE Equivalent
(b) Degree in Economics or Business Administration or ACCA/CIMA or degree in any relevant field
(c) Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience
(d) Marketing Certification an added advantage
