Job Description
As a Front Desk Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing reservations, and assisting with various administrative tasks. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring a smooth experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities:
– Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
– Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
– Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
– Handle reservations, bookings, and cancellations.
– Provide information about our services, facilities, and amenities.
– Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and maintaining records.
– Address guest concerns and escalate issues to management as needed.
– Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Qualifications:
– A certificate in hospitality; additional education in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
– 3 years or more of experience in a front desk or customer service role preferred.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
– Positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
