Key Responsibilities:
Respond to enrollment inquiries and provide accurate information to prospective students.
Print and distribute acceptance letters to facilitate registration for successful applicants.
Oversee the admissions, enrollment, and graduation processes.
Assist applicants throughout the admissions process, reviewing applications for accuracy.
Enter and manage student data from detailed paperwork into our computer systems.
Perform clerical tasks, including printing, photocopying, and filing academic records.
Maintain accurate records, including student files, inquiries, applications, financial records, and inventory lists.
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
Compile applicant lists to streamline the shortlisting process.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed with precision and attention to detail.
Organize and file recruitment documentation.
Communicate with applicants regarding their application status, including acceptance or rejection.
Provide practical advice and assistance with application forms and enrollment documentation tailored to individual needs.
Maintain an accurate database of student information to generate reports as needed.
Keep comprehensive records of students who have left the institution.
Ensure the admissions team has access to relevant brochures about the institute and its programs.
Qualifications:
Grade 12 Certificate with a minimum of five (5) “O” levels, including English and Mathematics.
Diploma in Business Administration or Social Sciences.
A minimum of two (2) years of experience in student admissions or customer service.
Proficient in computer applications.
Familiarity with email communication.
